We also put you in contact with a qualified lawyer to help you read the contract so that you can be sure when signing it.

Pest control and Build report

When you buy a used property, it is very important to check that it is in good condition internally. We will organize the pest control and build report visit. If they find any problem, we will negotiate with the owner a lower amount due to the problem found.

Second Step

If you choose to use our services, we sign the contract and begin the search for the property. After choosing the property, we will make the offer to the seller.

Third Step

Once the seller accepts the offer, we proceed to signing the contract until the property keys are handed over.
